Lang Lang Primary School is located with the rural township of Lang Lang which is situated just off the South Gippsland Hwy some 55kms south-east of the commercial centre of Dandenong and approximately 85kms from the Melbourne CBD within the Shire of Cardinia.

Our aim is to achieve the highest potential for every student.  Our core values are respect, team work, communication, empathy, honesty and responsiblity.  We offer a varied and expert curriculum covering all areas, and extension and support to those children who require it.  The majority of our students come from the Lang Lang township with the rest coming from the surrounding areas.

We offer three specialist subjects comprising of art, physical education and music.  Lang Lang Primary School works very closely with the local community and we benefit from our close relationship with Rotary, The Community Bank and other clubs and organisations. 

Safety is an area that we take very seriously and have installed self locking pool gates on our pedestrian access points. We have also developed a Stop and Drop Off Zone near the Community Centre to reduce the traffic congestion around the school and to improve student health.

Our school consists of seven permanent classrooms with one being our Wellbeing Room. We also have a new multipurpose room, and an undercover performance area, which incorporates a stage. We also have large area under shade sail complete with picnic tables for children to enjoy the outdoor environment. Lang Lang Primary School is a very environmentally aware school with recycling, land management and solar power being very important and significant in our education program. We have a large on-site wetlands area and an arboretum within walking distance.
